Yatai Huang

Yatai is an experienced and passionate music educator who has been teaching piano to both primary and secondary school students of all abilities for many years. With a warm and encouraging approach, she tailors each lesson to inspire confidence and creativity in her students, no matter their starting point.

Classically trained from the age of seven, Yatai holds a Grade 8 certification in Piano Performance and a Grade 5 in Music Theory. Her deep understanding of music allows her to guide students through technical development, musical expression, and exam preparation with ease. In addition to teaching, she also works as a skilled piano accompanist for AMEB violin students, helping them bring their pieces to life in performance and examination settings.

Yatai is dedicated to helping each student discover their unique musical voice and develop the skills they need to thrive. Whether students are learning for fun or aiming for formal achievements, she creates a learning environment that is both structured and joyful. With Yatai’s guidance, students are supported on their path to becoming confident and capable musicians.
